Sick Kids

I think that the worst part of being a parent is seeing one of your kids sick. Casey has been very sick since Sunday with a bad bought of the stomach flu. He has been loosing it from both ends (which is not very much fun for him or me). The poor kid just mopes around and ends up sleeping on my lap most of the day. I was really concerned today because he has not been able to keep anything down, so I call my pediatrician. The nurse said to just keep trying to get him to drink Gatorade. The the most important thing now is to keep him from getting dehydrated. She thinks that it is a stomach virus. I just hope that he gets better soon. I sometime wish that I could just take it away.
