On September 22, Morgan turned 8. She has been very excited for this birthday because she is now old enough to be baptized. Because we are currently living in a very remote place and there are no baptismal fonts close by, we were given permission to have the baptism here close to the house. We were able to have this special event on September 26th. There were many friends and family members that traveled a great distance to be here with us. Thank you to all that came to support Morgan.
The program was held here at the house and then we traveled 5 miles down the road to Potts where the baptism was held. On the Potts Ranch is a hot spring that is piped into a cattle trough. It was just beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better day either.
