Tomato Worms

We have discovered some big fat tomato worms on our tomatoes for the past couple of weeks. Monday we went tomato worm picking. I would pull them off the plants and the kids would put them in their bowls. After finding all of the worms we could see, I stayed in the garden a little longer. The kids took the worms and made soup. Later that day I found a piece of paper with their tomato worm recipe. This is what it said:

Tomato Worm Soup
Get good sized worms put worms in bucet.
4 cups water
3 hand fuls dirt
2 hand fuls grass
2 had fuls rocks
1 round horse poop
1 green leaf
1 dry leaf
ster for 3 min.
take out of bucket put them on tabel to dry. empty littel water. put back in fill agan stir for 2 min. lay out for 5 min. wal drying empty all of water put back in. take to chickens. Make sure wash your hands.

Notice the spelling. I guess the ability to spell or the inability to spell is inherited.

Sounds like the chickens dined on a gourmet dinner. Yummy! So creative. I guess your spelling abilities stopped at the third grade level. Ha ha ha

What creative cooks, I love the fact that they are so concerned with cleanliness.
