We have been reading "Ramona and her Father". In the book, Ramona makes some tin can stilts. The girls just had to make some too!

They practiced all afternoon on them. They work really great on our sidewalk, but not so great everywhere else.
Casey even had to get in on the action with his own pair. He was not too convinced. This is the only time that he actually stood on them. They ended up just being shovels in the dirt.
You can make anything with baling twine!

WoW! That looks like A LOT of fun! What a great idea...and where did you get so many tin cans?! Hope you are enjoying some warmer weather!
HA! We used to make these at my grandma's house (in Hiko) with cool whip bowls! SOOO FUN!!!
